Currently, the following features are experiencing problems:
Contact Us Form; Unfortunately, many mails submitted through our contact us form are not working. Please email support@vreel.net for any pressing issues.
Rapidshare Downloads: Currently offline due to load issues, expected back online within 5 days.
Rapidshare Bandwidth Recharging: Currently not working correctly. Expected fix within 5 days, in line with Rapidshare Downloads returning.
Torrent Seedboxing: Currently on hiatus while we explore seperate avenues such as a dedicated seedboxing service for FileVo customers.
Updates coming as they come. We apologise for our slow response time lately, as we have still been clearing up the dust following our server transfer.
